Colorado shooting suspect James Holmes claims amnesia. This is a weak defense. The accused mass murderer keeps asking ‘Why am I here?’ a jail staffer reports. This is a joke right? When he gets in front of a jury, the State Prosecution will remind Holmes very quickly where he is at and why he is here.

I believe they are the same. In picture one the coloring is off, the different color eyes could be lighting, or colored contacts. His head in picture two is slightly tilted up. How old is the picture on the left. You can tell in the picture on the right that he is lifting up his eyebrows as shown in the wrinkles in his fore head.

Colorado Batman shooting: judge prevents release of James Holmes school records
A judge has issued a rare order preventing the University of Colorado Denver from releasing records about James Holmes, the suspected Batman cinema shooter.
School documents are usually available under the Colorado Open Records Act, but District Court Judge William Silvester cited a provision that bars the public from viewing open records “prohibited by … the order of any court.”
His order was signed on Monday but released Thursday.
University officials said Holmes was in the process of withdrawing from the graduate program, but had not completed the necessary paperwork.
