Biden rips Roberts (despite health care vote)
It sounds like the Obama administration’s recent admiration for Chief Justice John Roberts has evaporated.
Vice President Biden ripped Roberts in his speech yesterday to the National Council of La Raza, telling his largely Hispanic audience that Republican Mitt Romney wants to build a Supreme Court in the mold of conservative justices Roberts and Antonin Scalia.
“Imagine the court with two more Scalias — two more Roberts,” Biden said.
