1994 MLB All-Star Baseball Game, Meat Loaf sings The US National Anthem, Pittsburg, PA, Flashback. Meat Loaf – MLB All-Star Game 1994, Three Rivers Stadium, Pittsburgh, Pa., July 12, 1994. American League All-Stars vs. National League All-Stars, National League won 8-7 in 10 innings, the National League’s first win since 1987. I think Meat Loaf, born Marvin Lee Aday, may have surprised a few people with his amazing voice.

Wow. Would not have thought it would be so great. When that anthem is sung correctly it still brings tear to my eyes.
I cannot wait until the game tonight. I am trying to do a post on my favorite player Carlos Ruiz, from Panama, first time all Star, our catcher, 3rd batting in National League.
Whitney Houston rendition was the best. Trying to research, and do flashbacks now. It is difficult to find videos. It wasn’t popular back in the 90’s.
How times have changed. everything is videoed.
I don’t know that much about baseball. I like football better. That was the big thing in our familty. I was the girl…
Oh Wait until I do football, I have been a cheerleader in Pro Football 1974-1979. I was at Temple University then.
I had never heard Meatloaf sing the National anthem; WOW!!! The game was over in the first inning. Had a tough time watching after that. Red Sox now need to go to work…. NO EXCUSES
