Record Heat in the Summer of 2012.

For many of us here in the US it has been very hot (30+C) and dry. If you can’t watch Peter O’Toole and Katharine Hepburn in “The Lion in Winter” (a very cold movie), this below may help you cool down.

Tim Tebow running in motion shirtless at NY Jets training camp.  Tim has won the genetic lottery.  Since I am a professional fitness trainer, hold a BS degree in physical education, I  can comment on his physique. I was a professional athlete myself.  He needs to incorporate  cardiovascular endurance. He has love handles at his age. So, Tim if you are reading this blog, get on the treadmill or elliptical at training camp.  You will have more endurance in your football career.

Keep reading your Bible. The Jets need God on their side during the 2012 NFL football season.
