Christian Bale, Batman Star Visits Shooting Memorial Aurora, Colorado

Christian Bale, Batman star visits shooting memorial in Aurora, Colorado. Bill Voloch, interim president of Medical Center of Aurora, told the Denver Post that Bale spent about 2½ hours Tuesday at the hospital, where he met with seven of the victims. Five are being treated at the center; the two others came from Swedish Medical Center to meet with the Welsh actor.

I just had my breath taken away upon viewing the video.

May the victims rest in the peace of God’s love.

Obama to Place Student Loans Discharged in Bankruptcy Court?

Obama could place college student loans to be discharged in bankruptcy court. This would lead to young voter turnout for Obama, 2012.  Current students in default cannot place their federal or private loans in bankruptcy at the present because of the 2007 passage of the “College Cost Reduction Access Act.” With this new law, the students would avoid repayment.  After the restructure of college loans, the US is responsible for more than 90% of recent loan origination.

The new report says that Congress should consider letting borrowers discharge their private student loans through bankruptcy. This would reverse a hard lesson learned during the 1970s. After a surge in former students declaring bankruptcy to avoid repaying their loans, Congress acted to protect lenders beginning in 1977.

President made a big deal over cutting student loan interest-rates to save a few bucks, and now he’s telling young voters he’s making it easier for them to avoid repaying at all. Obama wants votes at all costs.

Colorado Shooting Survivor Threatens To Sue Movie Studio,Theater, Doctors

Colorado shooting survivor threatens to sue studio, theater and doctors. The US should get ready for the legal suits and liability. Should there have been alarms that have went off when the emergency door was propped? Do we want guards at the doors of our movie arenas, mental detectors? Maybe we could employ the TSA agents. We have Marshall’s in the air when we fly.  Will our freedoms ever be the same or will it be altered forever?

The lawyer, Donald Karpel is going to launch a civil suit to three defendants, the Century Aurora 16 movie theater, Warner Bros. Entertainment and the doctors for alleged Colorado gunman James Holmes.

Torrance Brown, Jr. has hired above counsel.  He walked away physically not injured. But saw he best friend die, A.J. Boik, He claims to be suffering from extreme trauma.

Is this just the beginning?

and bore our suffering,

stricken by him, and afflicted.

the punishment that brought us peace was on him,
and by his wounds we are healed.
