Obama’s regulatory Czar Cass Sunstein resigns? Cass will return to Harvard Law School where he will once again retain the position of Harvard’s Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law and Director of the Program on Behavioral Economics and Public Policy.
No one yet has been appointed to replace him.
Is this the mad dash out of Obama’s White House tenure, before the 2012 presidential election? Do they see the writing upon the wall?
