Breaking: Hoboken Terminal: NJ Transit Train Crashes, People Confirmed Dead#NJTRANSIT#PATHTrain.
I am in South Jersey. It has been raining for the past 2 days. My son and I last took this train March 22nd, 2016. We visited the memorial of the World Trade Center. People are on the boarding platform are the people that will been in the greatest danger. This is a heavy traveled corridor from New Jersey to New York. Severe structural damage at the terminal has been reported.
To My Son Jordan, Thank You For A Brilliant Birthday.
Yes, I had to give Jordan a place on my blog. He was my chief photographer. Jordan took his Mother up to New York City, carried her heavy gym bag throughout the city, from mid- town to upper West side, SoulCycle to Steps, back and forth on the subway. Down to Times Square, as we watched Cliff Lee in the 5th, pitch @ Ruby Tuesday’s during 2013 All Star Game and boarded the train back home. We were day 4-5th day in sweltering heat wave. But it is always sunny on my birthday. The concrete jungle of the Big Apple was hot as heck. The car stalled before we got on highway to NYC and we pushed it to the side waited 10 minutes. (BTW, his Mother is an old motor head, first car was a 326, 67′ Firebird) He looked and said, “No way.” I replied, “As soon as we get on 295 North, God’s Angels will take care of the car with their wings, let’s go.” He believed, as did I. We proceeded to Hamiliton Train Station exceeding the speed of 90 mph and boarded NJ Transit to Penn Station. Then as we got on the 11:05pm train back home as he had work the next day. We laughed so hard at some of the photos we took, I almost wet my skirt. ( Oh I had the back up camera, just in case the primary lost juice, it did.)
Thank you Jordan. God Bless You. This was the best gift ever. No card necessary. I had a blast. I do not want the summer to end.
I know you carry a heavy heart right now. Just give it to God.HE will take care of all your worries. That is what I do. You just got to believe.
