Tool: Forty Six & 2.
I was listening to WMMR driving and this song came on.
Knew it was Tool but didn’t know the name of song.
Shazamed it. It is on Ænima, 1996.

First time heard this song was in spin class. Lee had it on his playlist during the summer=fall in 2013. I am a rocker so I do not listen to pop stations. It is categorized under neo soul and funk. This song stuck with me. Thank you again Lee for your inspiration. You are the man who has so much to give to your students. There is no instructor that can touch your talent. God Bless you and your family.
Lee, You make me so happy when I can ride with you.
Originally released last summer on the “Despicable Me 2” soundtrack, “Happy” got a post-“Blurred Lines” and “Get Lucky” boost late last year thanks to a viral music video and Academy Award nomination. Contiguously peppy and brilliantly simple, it seems likely to dominate radio for weeks to come.

Found the HAPPY video with Bermuda as it’s background. Special meaning because I cruised there from New York to Bermuda as a Professional dancer for two seasons. HAPPY MEMORIES.

Saturday Tunes.
It is a rainy, dreary Saturday but I am not complaining. I will take rain over snow any day. I have to wait a few weeks before my entire body thaws out from the coldest winter I have experienced at my age, Also, it is 50 degrees , no wind chills in the teens. Has winter made his exit?
I went on my Facebook page yesterday after a few weeks off and a dearest friend Angelo sent me the first song. Pink Floyd’s, The Great Gig in the Sky. I teared up and got all emo. I had placed Led Zepplin’s Whole Lotta Love on his wall. Angelo is one the best DJ’s in South Jersey when I was club hopping.. I should have known you cannot outdo a music man, A friend for over 25 years, and have always inspired my dance.
In retrospect, my life is

Donna Summer, MacArthur Park.
My Mother loved this tune. I wish I would have choreographed a dance for her to this song. But she is in heaven and can dance the night away.
I Love and miss you dearly Mom. I did not forget. I talked to Uncle Emil this morning. He called and did not know it was the anniversary of your death. We reminisced for 2 hours. Also Aunt Sue this afternoon. She shared your childhood with me.

Bobby Caldwell, “What You Won’t Do For Love,” 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport Commercial.
The 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport commercial brought me back to find out who did this awesome song. Bobby Caldwell released the tune over 35 years ago. I placed two videos. In the second, the chord progressions are fantastic.
I enjoyed the music I was exposed to back in the day, as I was an aspiring choreographer, professional dancer.
