This is what the LORD says: Do what is just and right. Rescue from the hand of the oppressor the one who has been robbed. Do no wrong or violence to the foreigner, the fatherless or the widow, and do not shed innocent blood in this place.

dear lord,
help me to walk with you throughout the day.
please give me
some of the wisdom that is in Your words

some of Your patience with people

and bitterness without resentment
some of Your ability to forgive
help me to live in such a way today
that others may know that I began the day with You
and that I am walking with You,
