In Paulsboro, New Jersey, derailed tanker cars leaked chemical train of vinyl chloride to be mixed with acetone.
Capt. Kathy Moore, the Coast Guard incident commander said,
We are working as safely and quickly as possible to move through the progression of this cleanup and get the Paulsboro community back to normal, More than 200 technical experts and responders are working on the incident and we’re assembling the specialized equipment and resources we need to complete operations.”
Paulsboro, New Jersey bridge was adjusted day before train derailed causing vinyl chloride gas to be release into air at residential neighborhood.

Citigroup the US third-biggest U.S. bank, to cut over 11,000 jobs to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.. It will incur a pretax of 1.1 billion this quarter and save 900 million next year in 2013.
CEO Michael Corbat said,
These actions are logical next steps in Citi’s transformation,. While we are committed to — and our strategy continues to leverage — our unparalleled global network and footprint, we have identified areas and products where our scale does not provide for meaningful returns.”
Citi shares were up 3.87% to $35.62 a share after the announcement.

Who’s Lying? US denies Iran captured ScanEagle drone over Persian Gulf. Tehran has claimed it captured a US spy drone in the Persian Gulf after the unmanned aircraft entered Iranian airspace, Iran’s Press TV reported. The US Navy denied the claim, saying that none of its drones in the Gulf region were lost.
