The Philadelphia Parking Authority, Free Street Parking Beginning at 11 a.m. Every Saturday until December 29

The The Philadelphia Parking Authority 2014 ( PPA) has set free street parking beginning at 11 a.m. every Saturday until December 29, 2012. The change applies to meters citywide.
PPA Executive Director Vince Fenerty announced,
To support holiday shopping, meter parking city-wide will be free every Saturday between November 24 and December 29, after 11 a.m. All other parking violations will be enforced.”
No need to place money in the kiosks boxes, 25 cents for 8 minutes.

$8 parking every Saturday from 11am to 5pm at the following Parking Authority parking facilities.
