1 God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble.
2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way
and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea
10 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.”

33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life you stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes, with your right hand save me.
16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
