POTUS took the room down with laughter but I believe there was truth in his comic relief. Obama’s anger translator Luther, was very animated.

Obama Grants Suspended Sentences For 22 Drug Dealers.
No surprise here. The list allows many coke and meth dealers an early release.
Intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine, intent to distribute over five kilograms of cocaine, or distribution and/or possession of cocaine or manufacturing in or near a school facility are some of the crimes committed.
July 28, 2015 is their get out of jail date for all but one federal prisoner.
